Key Drop and Safeguarding 

Secure storage and management of your keys, ensuring that access to your property is controlled and protected while you are away.

Are you having visits? We will drop open your property and give them the key for their stay.

  • Key Drop & Safeguarding (Monthly Key Safeguarding + 1 Drop offs).

  • 1 Property Oversight Visit (15-minute visits to check on the house or any particular issue).

       Premium      

  • Key Drop & Safeguarding (Monthly Safeguarding + 2 Drop offs)

  • 2 Property Oversight Visits (15-minute visits to check on the house or any particular issue).

  • 1 House keeping Sessions (two-hour property cleaning)

  • Welcome Home Amenities (Prior arrival)

      Ultimate      

  • Key Drop & Safeguarding (Monthly Safeguarding + 4 Drop offs)

  • 4 Property Oversight Visits (15-minute visits to check on the house or any particular issue).

  • 2 House keeping Session (two-hour property cleaning)

  • Grocery shopping prior arrival (groceries are not included)

  • Package reception service (inhouse small).

  • Welcome Home Amenities (Prior Arrival)

Extra Services

  • Bedding & Linen Refresh Service: Laundry and housekeeping service to ensure you find your home fresh and comfortable ( 50€ per room ).

  • Grocery Shopping Service: Ensure your kitchen has all your essentials upon your arrival, this service include shopping and storing of groceries from 1-2 different stores. ( 75€  - NOTE: Groceries are not included - ).

  • House Keeping Session: 2-hour property cleaning session ( 90€ ).

  • Package Reception Service: 

    • IN HOUSE(small packages only): Includes reception at our facilities and delivery to your house (25€ per package)

    • ON PREMISE: Reception of packages at your home during a one-hour slot to receive the package (50€ - NOTE: Every extra hour will be charged at 35€)

  • Personal Supervision: For any installation, incident or maintenance service (50€/ Hour).
